About Forest Henson

Forest Henson is a distinguished REALTOR® in Central Texas known for his exceptional customer service and dedication to his clients' needs. Forest strives to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. The “Lake Life” is something that is very near and dear to Forest’s heart. He has often joked he has lake water running in his blood. As a young child Forest’s grandfather had a lake home on Oak Creek Reservoir near Sweetwater in Western Central Texas where Forest learned how to fish, ski, drive a boat (and back up a trailer!), as well as countless other life lessons and memories that shape who Forest is today. Although his grandfather has passed on, Forest’s family has owned property in Granite Shoals since 2001 where Forest continued to live out his passion for the “lake life”. 

It was this passion for lake living that drove Forest to get his Real Estate License in 2021 and move to the Highland Lakes full time. He prides himself on not only selling lake homes but selling the Lake Life. This is why the Lake Life Team with eXp Realty was a natural fit, and he has been with the Lake Life Team since the onset of his career. 

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Forest spent over a decade in the Aviation Industry working both in the air as a pilot and on the ground in supporting roles. When he isn’t doing something related to Real Estate you can find Forest in the lake, on the course, or spending time with Family and Friends.
